The Albert M. Higley Co. received recognition as one of Northeast Ohio’s 2014 Top Workplaces by The Plain Dealer. This did not happen by accident; it is the result of a lot of hard work by everyone.
We are privileged to receive this opportunity because of the actions, principle, and generosity of the leaders that came before us. Without this foundation, we would not be who and what we are, and would not be positioned to win such an award.
This recognition is the result of an accumulation of talent, effort, and results that each employee brings into his or her role every single day. It is the employees' adherence to the company values, willingness to engage at a high level, and trust and loyalty to the long term success of the company that creates the environment that allows us to win such an award.
We must now look forward to next year and how we can improve the quality of life of every person who works here and with whom we do business.
Every single day we look for ways to make this company a more efficient organization and ultimately a better place to work.
