ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME + MUSEUM – RENOVATION
Cleveland, Ohio

Project Description

The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of 26 exhibit areas at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum. Renovations include reconfigured box office operations, the updating of exhibit space in Ertegun Hall as well as other areas of the museum, casework, and lighting, audio-visual, and cosmetic upgrades. Exhibits include state-of-the-art touch screens and smart-lights track lighting.

We worked closely with the museum’s exhibit designer to coordinate the utility infrastructure and accessibility necessary to cost effectively install, maintain, and service these exhibits in the future. Many exhibits required detailed field engineering at the point of installation.
