CLEVELAND ANIMAL PROTECTIVE LEAGUE | ADDITION AND RENOVATION
Cleveland, Ohio
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley recently served as Construction Manager at Risk on the additions and phased renovations for Cleveland APL’s existing animal shelter facility. Our work includes expanding the garage and current holding areas, new cat and dog adoption spaces, and upgrading the veterinarian surgery and lab facilities. Work also includes a new parking area and remediation of a nearby brownfield site. This phased renovation will keep the facility open and operational while creating space for a future second floor. The new meet and greet play area and front viewing windows will further showcase available animals for adoption, and in return, more animals are hopefully rescued.
