PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk on for Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel Center for Non-Profit Organizations. The scope included staff offices, collaboration spaces, community-meeting rooms, and a kitchen and lounge area that opens onto a roof terrace overlooking a community garden.
Its technologically enhanced classrooms and lecture halls allow for distance learning and video conferencing. The building’s environmentally sustainable features include waterless urinals, motion sensitive lighting, and a green roof garden.
