PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley served as Construction Manager at Risk for Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s new JFK High School. The new 132,800 SF building serves 800 students in grades 9-12.
The new high school includes a new gym (seating capacity for 1,500), cafeteria/auditorium, outdoor cafe seating area, library media center, classrooms, labs, administrative offices, and several collaborative areas for students and faculty.
