PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as General Contractor for Saint Ignatius High School’s Breen Center for the Performing Arts. This 560-seat state-of-the-art facility included theatrical rigging, sound and lighting controls, an orchestra pit with an adjustable floor, band rehearsal and instrument storage rooms, vocal and instrument rehearsal rooms, chorus room, scene shop for fabricating and staging of props, costume storage room, and a large lobby and foyer for greeting and receptions.
The project received LEED® Silver Certification.
