PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as Construction Manager at Risk for University Hospitals of Cleveland’s Concord Health Center which included an ambulatory surgery center and emergency care area, nuclear medicine, doctors’ offices, and advanced diagnostics including laboratory, radiology, MRI and CAT imaging, and cardiac testing.
The building incorporates environmentally sustainable features and technology including waterless urinals, motion sensitive lighting, radiant heated sidewalks, sound masking, and a radio frequency shield.
