PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley is serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the $43.5 Million, Lafayette West - phase 1 project. The project includes the new construction of two residential buildings: a 46,000 SF condominium building containing 35 units and an 89,000 SF apartment building containing 102 units. The new 5-story structural steel and light gauge metal framed structures are expected to complete summer of 2023.
