PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Albert M. Higley Co. served as General Contractor for Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Jenkins Terrace project. This 100-unit four-story community for elderly residents is a modern, air-conditioned structure comprised of one and two bedroom units. A community room with screened porches and kitchenette, activity rooms/parlors, media center with internet access, and common laundries are included in the project.
The site features landscaped entrances with a vehicular drop-off area, an ornamental aluminum fence with brick piers, which encloses a parking area for 75 cars.
