PROJECT DESCRIPTION

AMHigley served as Construction Manager at Risk for a renovation and new addition at the Cleveland Browns headquarters.  The renovation portion includes all player areas including player and coaches’ locker rooms, training area, and meeting rooms.  The project Completed in 2016.

AMHigley also served as Construction Manager at Risk in 2013 for a two-floor occupied space renovation at the Berea Training and Administrative Complex. The space includes 60 executive, coaching, and administrative offices, a radio and video broadcasting studio, a draft room, and a call center.  The renovation incorporates extensive use of technology and graphic design.  The project created a more collaborative and open workplace, which fosters more interaction of football and business operations under one roof. 

PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Completed work on an extremely fast-tracked basis, in less than 4 months
  • Completed work on a design-assist basis with the Architect/Engineers
  • Self-performed carpentry, drywall, and demolition
  • Project completed under budget and ahead of schedule
