CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OHIO

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

AMHigley served as Construction Manager at Risk for Beaumont School’s STEM addition and renovation project. Phase I included new paving, additional parking, light poles, landscaping, and installation of a new sanitary sewer line from Fairmount Boulevard. Phase II involved construction of a STEM addition, featuring eight laboratories: two biology, two chemistry, one physics, one pre-engineering, one earth sciences, and one biology/chemistry laboratory. Prep rooms, with storage space, separate each pair of classrooms/labs.
