PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley served as Construction Manager at Risk for this $13M, 140,000 SF renovation of 7 floors in downtown Cleveland’s Key Tower for Forest City’s new headquarters. This project consists of new restrooms, cafes on each floor as well as conference spaces on the main reception floor, including a 24 FT tall living wall. This project was fast tracked and completed in 6 months to meet the owners aggressive move schedule.
