PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMHigley is currently serving as Construction Manager at Risk and completing the final phase of the $5.5 million renovations for the Detroit Office of the United States District Attorney. This 104,000 SF project is a partial renovation of a 27-floor building that was built in 1963.
The renovation also includes the 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, and the 26th floor of the US Attorney General Office, Break Rooms, Conference Rooms, File / Storage Areas, Assembly Areas, and Locker Rooms. This project is being completed as a 9-phased project over the course of a year.
